How did this start? Like so many of the other fine programs U of Milo offers, it all started with an idea. The man with the idea this time was our very own Commander Al, Dean of Extra-terrestrial Affairs and Atmospheric Peer Pressure.

In 1985 Al submitted a private progress report to U of M, and things just sky-rocketed from there.
