There are 2 ways to become a staff member of the University of Milo. You can get yourself a cool title to put in front of your name like, Commander Al, Professor Gregoire, Captain Leonard, Dr. Electro and so on. As well you will get an I.D. card to prove it, ( that allows you to use the executive washrooms ). As a U of Milo Staff member you will also be given a way cool e-mail address @uofmilo.com for example. profgregoire@uofmilo.com or commanderal@uofmilo.com
"Oh Boy, Oh Boy, how can a regular schmuck like me be bestowed such a prestigious honour ?" You ask ! Here's how.
1. You send us regular submissions of original material ( that's right you have to be the author/creator ) that we feel is worthy of becoming part of our curriculum. And we will ask you to join our staff and give you the title, I.D. and e-mail address etc.
OR
2. You can buy your way in for $247 until we decide we have enough staff or enough money and say no more. ( Hey, we aren't ashamed to admit we can be bought ! ). After all developing a space program isn't cheap.

A list of suggested titles will be supplied, Professor, Dean, Special Constable ( Campus Security ), Commander, Captain, Test Pilot, Associate Professor, Department Head ( For department head, you must come up with a department we don't already have a department head for ), Director, Assistant Associate, etc. They can pick or create one along with the name or Alias they want to use. It will have to submitted for approval. If they are purchasing a title we suggest they submit 3 choices in order of their preference.
